Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Reach Truck Operator in Smyrna, TN to safely move inventory with a reach truck, assist with order fulfillment, and keep an organized warehouse. The role operates Monday–Friday, 6:00AM–2:30PM, with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour. Prior experience and safety-consciousness are valued.

Qualifications

Experience operating reach trucks or similar powered industrial equipment.
Ability to safely move, stack, retrieve and organize palletized inventory.
Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
Ability to identify products, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a reach truck to load, unload, move and organize warehouse inventory.
Pull and stage products for shipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines.
