St. Luke's University Health Network is hiring a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures, adhering to radiation safety standards. You will identify patients, ensure image quality, and maintain PACS workflow while supporting QA programs and patient education.

The position includes a 7a-7p weekend schedule with premium pay and benefits. Prior ARRT-education and current BLS are required, with NJ license if applicable for NJ staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARRT recognized education program, or ARRT registered, or ARRT registry eligible.
• Must pass registry within 1 year of hire date.
• NJ staff must have current New Jersey State Radiologic Technologist License (with NJ Dept. of Environmental Protection) and must be registered before date of hire.

Responsabilités

• Identify patient and exam and perform diagnostic radiographic services with care and quality.
• Ensure successful technical continuity of care and educate radiology procedures to patients.
• Demonstrate competency in RIS/HIS modules applicable to the role.
• Assist in gathering data for Radiology QA/PI program.
• Ensure equipment and supplies are ready for the assigned area.
• Adhere to downtime procedures to ensure accurate PACS information.
• Provide patient education about examinations and maintain patient records.
• Verify patient and MR data accuracy before sending to PACS.
• Support department goals toward high patient satisfaction.
