Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Quality Lab Tech II to support our Dallas beverage operations on weekends. You will review ESL processing, packaging, and lab forms daily, manage product releases via SAP, and ensure proper documentation for holds and non-conformances.

The role requires strong communication, familiarity with GMPs, and hands-on testing with lab equipment. You’ll collaborate across shifts to maintain safety, accuracy, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• Proficiency with SAP, Korber, and IQS.
• Strong reading and interpretation of technical documents.
• Accurate testing and mix calculations with olfactory and taste sensitivity.
• Experience with laboratory equipment and testing methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review ESL processing, packaging, lab, and milk receiving forms daily.
• Oversee ESL product releases via SAP; update and maintain release and production spreadsheets.
• Manage quality holds and report non-conforming products using SAP.
• Support internal and external audits and compliance programs.
• Assist with consumer complaint investigations and mock trace exercises.
• Log and communicate process errors; elevate concerns when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
