Job summary

Danone North America seeks a Quality Lab Tech II to support weekend operations in Dallas, TX. You will review ESL forms, oversee SAP-based product releases, and manage holds while ensuring compliance with Kosher, Organic, GFCO, and other standards.

You will assist with consumer investigations, maintain accurate records, and support audits. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work weekends and overtime.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, Korber, and IQS.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to read, write, and interpret technical documents.
• Experience with laboratory equipment and testing methods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review ESL processing, packaging, lab, and milk receiving forms daily.
• Oversee ESL product releases via SAP; update production spreadsheets.
• Manage quality holds and blocked products; report non-conforming items using SAP.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors (Kosher, Organic, GFCO, RSPO, Rainforest Alliance, Non-GMO).
• Assist with consumer complaint investigations and mock trace exercises.
