Job summary

nVent is seeking a Quality Inspector for weekend shifts (Fri–Sun, 6:00 am–6:30 pm) in Blaine, MN. You will perform comprehensive product inspections, use precision gauges, and ensure compliance with ISO procedures while coordinating with supervisors to meet production goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of QA experience. Familiarity with precision measuring tools and quality systems is preferred, with safety and accuracy as core priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in quality processes preferred.
• Experience with precision measuring tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive product inspections per work instructions and drawings.
• Prioritize tasks with Operations Supervisors to meet goals.
• Identify non-conforming products and initiate NCRs as needed.
• Ensure no active NCRs before completing inspections.
