Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science field (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or similar).
• Ability to operate lab instruments and perform basic maintenance.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety, sanitation, and GMP/HACCP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run routine analytical analyses on beer samples (pH, alcohol, minerals).
• Perform package integrity testing and quality analyses with timely reporting.
• Coordinate studies and use statistics to improve brewery quality.
