Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Elkhart, Indiana seeks a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA/CMA) to assist with resident medications and daily living activities. You will work under licensed supervision to ensure accurate medication administration and charting, while supporting residents with essential daily tasks in a caring, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Certified as QMA or CMA by the state, and maintain CNA certification in good standing.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications for residents under licensed supervision.
• Practice the five rights of medication administration within scope of your role.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive and destroy medications per company policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
