Job summary

One Source Manufacturing in Leander, TX invites applications for a QC Inspector role. You will verify parts to blueprints and P.O. specs, operate CMM software (PC DMIS, Modus), and support QC management to meet daily priorities without travel.

You will use hand tools, inspect devices, and maintain data in Inspection Xpert. A high school diploma and 2 years of QC manufacturing experience are required; ASQ or related training is a plus, and ITAR rules apply.

Qualifications

• Understand use of hand held measurement tools.
• Proficient with CMM software (PC DMIS, Modus).
• Light computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, Inspection Xpert.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player able to work with QC colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support QC management to meet department daily needs and priorities.
• Provide thorough, professional service to all departments.
• Verify products to blueprints, P.O. and manufacturing requirements.
• Escalate issues to QC management as needed.
• Collaborate with QC team members to resolve issues.
• Operate or assist with NCMR software.
• Perform other QC tasks as assigned.
• Maintain shop floor safety and housekeeping.
