Job summary

TECHNOLOGY & INNOVATION is hiring a QC Inspector to support manufacturing quality control in a shop environment. You will verify products against blueprints and PO requirements, using CMM programs and hand tools, and provide consistent service across departments.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 2 years in QC, with ITAR eligibility. Some college or ASQ training is desirable, and familiarity with NCMR software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High school diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Manufacturing Quality Control environment.
• Some college, technical training or ASQ certification desired.
• ITAR: Must be US Citizen, lawful permanent resident or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

Responsibilities

• Work with QC Management to achieve 100% of department daily needs and priorities.
• Provide consistent, thorough, professional service to all departments.
• Verification of product to blueprint, P.O. and manufacturing requirements using best known methods.
• Ability to use procedures, forms, hand tools, CMM programs, comparator.
• Escalate issues to QC Management as needed.
• Work with other QC team members as needed.
• Use of NCMR software.
• Other QC tasks as determined.
