Utz Quality Foods, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead for the weekend day shift at our Kings Mountain, NC manufacturing facility. You will lead the QA team, perform product testing, and ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, and sanitation standards.

You will oversee training, audits, equipment calibration, and data entry of QA attributes while coordinating with production to maintain food safety and quality across the line.

Competenze

• Prior QA or food safety experience required; leadership or training experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate across departments.

Mansioni

• Conduct in-process and finished product QA tests with accurate documentation.
• Verify sanitation effectiveness through pre-op inspections, equipment checks, and ATP testing.
