Job summary

Scott Enterprise Hotels, Ambassador, and Corporate Divisions is seeking a part-time Public Areas Attendant to maintain cleanliness of the hotel's public spaces and grounds, assist with meeting room set-ups, and deliver exceptional guest service.

The role requires weekend availability and adherence to safety, security, and uniform policies, with responsibilities extending to assisting with guest luggage and after-hours room cleaning as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes assigned public areas and grounds in accordance with company and franchise policy.
• Assists with deliveries to guest and meeting rooms and the cleaning of guest rooms after hours.
• Cleans, prepares, and sets up meeting rooms according to function sheets.
• Maintains hotel equipment (cots, cribs, carts, vacuums, A/V equipment) and ensures security of items.
• Handles cleaning supplies and chemicals per policy, labels bottles accordingly.
• Provides excellent customer service to hotel guests, follows 10-4 rule, assists guests with belongings as needed.
• Communicates status of requests to superiors and coworkers, participates in safety and security procedures.
• Participates in training and skill development, and trains new associates as needed.
• Performs any other task requested by a supervisor; adheres to uniform and grooming policies.
• Part Time- Weekends a Must
