Job summary

Lincoln Park Care Center is seeking a Physical Therapist PT to join our team. The role offers day shift and opportunities to work within an in-house rehabilitation program led by an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care for residents.

The ideal candidate holds a NJ PT license, has at least 1 year of sub-acute/long-term care experience, and understands Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement. Weekend availability is required to support our care programs.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey Physical Therapy PT license is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in sub-acute and long-term care settings.
• Thorough knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement.
• Availability on weekends is a must.

Shift: Day shift

The appropriate candidates will join our active Sub-acute care program and Rehabilitation Services which are "In-House" and provided by our interdisciplinary team of staff therapists. Primary responsibility is to ensure residents receive a level of treatment consistent with Care Plans, monitoring RUGS levels and preparing billing.

Requirements for Physical Therapists PT

• A valid New Jersey Physical Therapy PT license and a minimum of one year of experience in a sub-acute and long-term care setting is required for all licensed therapist. Must have a thorough knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement and commercial insurance.
• Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy Program
• Availability on weekends a must!
