Job summary

Saint Luke's South Rehab Institute is seeking a part-time, weekend Physical Therapist to join our team. The role includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 7:30 to 4:00 with holiday requirements, and a lead role on weekends for staffing and coordination.

Responsibilities include patient evaluation, plan-of-care development, progress reassessment, documentation, and supervision of students and PT assistants, while collaborating with other departments to support patient care.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Licensed to practice physical therapy in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine prognosis and plan of care.
• Lead weekend staffing, minutes checking, and scheduling.
• Document treatment per policy and insurance requirements.
• Supervise students and PT assistants and communicate with care team.
