Job summary

CATCH Inc. is seeking a Primary Therapist for a weekend-only role in Philadelphia, working with residents and the clinical team to achieve treatment goals.

You will carry a caseload, lead groups, and document progress throughout the week. The position requires a Master’s in a social science, at least two years of psychiatric experience, and the ability to meet PA criminal history, FBI, and Child Abuse clearances.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in one of the social sciences.
• At least two years of psychiatric experience.
• Must be able to climb stairs and assist in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of residents as assigned.
• Conduct various therapy groups and individual therapy with documentation.
• Develop and implement residents’ treatment plans and goals.
• Attend weekly supervision and meetings with relevant directors.
