Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of psychiatric, behavioral or mental health nursing experience is required.
• A valid State of Georgia Nursing (RN) License is required.
• CPR certification is required upon hire and will be provided at orientation, if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients through interaction with patients, families, and care providers.
• Administer medications safely, accurately, and timely.
• Collect and analyze data on physical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, educational, and discharge needs.
• Develop and monitor interdisciplinary treatment plans and goals.
• Monitor patient progress following nursing protocols.
