Job summary

Peachford Hospital, a Peachford Hospital facility, is recruiting Registered Nurses for internal agency assignments on the 7p-7a weekend shift at Dunwoody, GA. These 13-week temporary positions may extend up to six months with a starting rate of $55 per hour plus differentials.

RNs will provide psychiatric and behavioral health care, assessing patients and administering medications as part of a coordinated treatment plan.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required upon hire (provided at orientation if needed).

Responsibilities

• Develop care outlines and goals; prepare interdisciplinary treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Monitor patient progress following nursing protocols.

Peachford Hospital, a 246 bed private psychiatric hospital located in Dunwoody, is recruiting RNs for our Internal Agency. We have day shift positions open on the weekends with the option to pick-up additional shifts during the week.

These are 13 week temporary assignment positions that may be extended up to six months with a starting rate of $55 per hour plus differentials.

Peachford Hospital specializes in the treatment of behavioral health and addictive disease disorders for children, adolescent, adults and seniors and has been providing exceptional care since 1973.

Registered Nurses (RN) are responsible for completing the following duties and tasks:

• Assess patients through a systematic process of interacting with the patient, the patient's significant others, and the appropriate health care providers.
• Administer medications in a safe, accurate, and timely manner
• Collect and analyze data regarding the patient's physical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, educational, and anticipated discharge planning needs.
• Develop a comprehensive outline of care and specific goals and interventions to be included in treatment planning. Prepare interdisciplinary treatment plans for assigned patients and monitor patient's progress toward meeting treatment plan objectives.
• Monitor patients progress while following nursing protocols.
