Job summary

Always Best Care Glenview & The North Shore is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors in the Glenview and North Shore communities. You will follow care plans, assist with daily activities, and support safety and well-being through thoughtful companionship.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• English proficiency required.
• Two professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
• Support personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting).
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Monitor client well-being and report changes.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Engage clients through conversation and activities.
• Follow care plans and safety guidelines.
