Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division in El Paso, TX is seeking a Weekend Production Trainer to join the team. The role supports site-wide training programs for hourly production employees, including on-the-job and classroom training and onboarding.

You will partner with functional leaders to implement cross-training, help update training records, and ensure training compliance while promoting safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Minimum 6 months experience conducting production training.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support site-wide training programs for hourly production employees (on-the-job, classroom, onboarding).
• Collaborate with leaders to implement cross-training and ensure coverage across areas.
• Update training records, develop content, and maintain training compliance.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement; act as SME in CPA processes.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects as needed.

Programs may include, but are not limited to on-the-job training, classroom training, and assisting in the hiring and onboarding process• Collaborate with functional leaders on facilitating and implementing cross-training throughout the facility as well as focusing on the manning strategy to ensure all areas are covered• Assist training coordinator as needed to update training records, develop/update training content, and ensure training compliance• Continuously develop skills and knowledge by cross training in different areas• Act as a subject matter expert in CPA processes and flex into production as needed• Lead by example in areas such as safety, Eaton’s leadership attributes, initiative, quality assurance, continuous improvement, and product knowledge• Participate and lead continuous initiatives and support other projects as needed.Qualifications:Required:• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing or warehouse experience.• Minimum 6 months experience conducting production training.• Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
