Job summary

ManpowerGroup is recruiting on behalf of a leading manufacturer of electrical components for a Weekend Production Associate in Fort Payne, Alabama. You will support automated line processing and manufacturing equipment, ensuring quality and safety while troubleshooting production issues to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires 2 years of vocational training with up to 1 year in a related environment, with a Friday–Sunday shift from 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Ability to troubleshoot production issues quickly.
Comfort operating automated line processing and production machinery.

Responsibilities

Complete manufacturing equipment installations and ramp-ups to support production readiness.
Gather, record, and analyze production information for daily operations and continuous improvement.
Perform repair and retest for product and facilities to maintain performance and quality.
Oversee machine control systems and support their use in manufacturing equipment.
Resolve manufacturing-related problems affecting daily operations and estimate requirements from process changes.
