Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work activities on a daily (shift-to-shift) basis to meet production schedules.
• Perform hands-on operations in accordance with standardized processes and customer specifications.
• Meet daily production goals in quantity and quality.
• Maintain safety and 5S standards and report issues to supervisor.
• Communicate status and assignments during shift turnovers.
