Bent Tubes in Neenah, WI is seeking a Weekend Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team Friday–Sunday nights, with alternating Thursdays. You will oversee bending tubes to spec, manage safety and quality, and drive daily productivity and training.

Prior manufacturing leadership and ERP experience are valued, with opportunities to advance in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes problem solving, coaching, and continuous improvement while ensuring ISO and OSHA

Qualifications

2+ years in manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience using ERP systems; Epicor is a plus.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to type 25+ wpm.
Forklift certification or ability to complete company-provided training.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
CPR, First-Aid and BBP certification/training a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations with the production manager.
Oversee team in bending tubes according to customer specs and company requirements.
Address operational, safety, or quality problems as needed.
Set daily goals for the team, allocate resources, and participate in planning.
Monitor equipment and promptly notify supervisor of maintenance concerns.
Deliver training and coaching to empower staff to meet goals.
Follow ISO documentation standards and provide on-the-job OSHA training as needed.
Report on team performance and suggest improvements.
