Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read technical instructions.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to use tape measures and digital calipers.
• Ability to operate or learn equipment such as saws, crimpers, CNC machinery, and forklifts.
• Willing to follow standard practices.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs safely.
• Type at least 25+ wpm.
• Current forklift certification is a plus; training provided.
