Cérélia North America in Whitehall, Ohio seeks a Production Operator to run and monitor high-speed food manufacturing equipment. You will follow SOPs, document parameters, and support quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires reading and following instructions in English, basic math, and the ability to work off-shifts including weekends. Eligible candidates may receive a 20% weekend premium on base rate during weekend assignments.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak English.
• Strong math and reading skills are required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred, food is a plus.
• Ability to follow written instructions and operate machinery.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment following SOPs.
• Document observations and parameters on start‑up/shutdown checklists.
• Adjust processing equipment to maintain quality and yield.
• Log downtime and maintenance issues in CMMS; escalate as needed.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety procedures.
