Responsibilities

• Operate cooking and enrobing equipment to mix and cook ingredients.
• Monitor production for quality and safety, following GMP and food safety.
• Set temperatures, pressures, and times; start conveyors and pumps.
• Record processing steps and test results for traceability.
• Maintain clean and organized work area; assist with equipment maintenance.
• Observe alarms and notify supervision when issues occur.
