Job summary

You will support the Plant Manager, drive efficiency, and coordinate with planning and logistics to meet customer needs with correct products on schedule.

The role requires leadership, training, and strong communication skills, plus experience with manufacturing processes and plant controls.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physical sciences, or business administration.
• Ability to train and motivate staff with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage production, safety, maintenance, quality, staffing and related activities.
• Assist and support Plant Manager to achieve production and plant objectives.
• Coordinate with production planning, customer service, and logistics to meet demand.
• Provide leadership, enforce policies, and ensure timely communication between shifts.
