Qualifications

• Ability to document and follow cGMP practices in a fast-paced production environment.
• A proven track record leading teams and coordinating with management.

Responsibilities

• Lead up to 15 employees on a weekend production shift; manage attendance and coverage.
• Ensure materials are stocked, kitted, and ready for production; perform startups/shutdowns.
• Oversee shift pass-downs and communication with senior management.
• Perform SAP transactions daily and maintain documentation per GMP.
