Ralliant in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Weekend Lead Associate to manage daily production activities and lead the team to meet goals. The role blends lead responsibilities with hands-on manufacturing work as needed, with escalation to the Line Supervisor when necessary.

The candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with IPC 610/JSTD certification and Lean/5S knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate Level II position for at least one year.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.
• IPC 610 and JSTD certified
• Must be a self-starter and organized.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and good problem-solving skills.
• Lean and 5S knowledge desired.
• Experience with the assigned operational team preferred.

Responsabilités

• Track daily production activities and escalate problems to the Supervisor.
• Assist in scheduling to meet performance metrics using tools like Crystal Reports and other Visual tools.
• Monitor QDIP process and KPI performance.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and escalate issues.
• Monitor build paperwork and standard work processes.
• Assist in Failure Review Board issues and continuous improvement projects.
