Job summary

CelLink is seeking a Production Lead for weekend days in Georgetown, TX. This hands-on leadership role directs operators on the floor to ensure safe, efficient production with high quality, while coordinating workflow and priorities to meet targets.

During training, you’ll follow a standard 8-hour schedule. After onboarding, expect weekend day shifts (5:45 AM – 6:00 PM) with rotating weeks and 36–48 hour weeks, plus shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
• Clear English communication for safety and coordination.
• Able to work in a physically active, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and coordination for a production team.
• Ensure safe, efficient work meeting quality standards.
• Coordinate workflow, materials, and priorities to hit targets.
• Monitor progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Train and support team members, including new hires.
• Uphold standard work, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
