Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, along with effective time-management abilities.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence is also required.
• Strong mathematical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite flow of materials for printing and finishing.
• Update scheduling at the start and end of shift.
• Log all jobs into Time Tracker.
• Log out all jobs after they have been completed by each production department.
• Monitor production throughout shifts.
• Help to insure all jobs are out by scheduled due dates.
• Update master folder for the daily shift reports.
• Follow record retention protocol for daily shift reports.
• Identify potential production issues and escalate them to management, offering practical solutions or enhancements.
• Notify the team concerning equipment that is in down or in need of repair.
• Communicate with other Production Control Coordinators via shift turnover notes and daily shift turn meetings.
• Operate in a safe and efficient manner.
• Ensure 100% accuracy and quality with all orders.
• Keep workstation clean and organized.
• Communicate with management on any issues not meeting Company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
