As part of your responsibilities, you will manage hazardous materials, operate production equipment, and ensure safety standards are met. Ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma and at least a year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Compounder/Batch Maker in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in chemical mixing and batching processes.
• Strong computer skills and ability to operate automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Transfer semi-finished products, perform manual additions, and handle hazardous materials.
• Operate machinery and follow batch instructions while ensuring safety compliance.
• Perform OSHA-required forklift safety inspections and maintain a clean work area.
