Monte Nido Clementine West Nyack in West Nyack, NY is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our weekend healthcare team at a residential program for adolescents facing eating disorders. You will monitor patients, perform admissions, and support medical and psychiatric care on a weekend schedule.

The role involves medication administration, MAR updates, lab coordination, and patient education to help families navigate recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid nursing licensure required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred (1 year).

Responsibilities

• Initiates admission and completes initial nursing assessment within 24 hours.
• Monitors vitals and documents findings.
• Maintains MAR and medication safety practices.
• Assists providers in weekly patient consultations.
• Educates patients for safe post-discharge self-administration of medications.
• Participates in discharge planning and interdisciplinary communication.
• Attends monthly nurse-led and clinical meetings.
