Job summary

Monte Nido Clementine West Nyack, located in West Nyack, New York, is a residential treatment program for adolescents with eating disorders.

We are seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our weekend team. The nurse coordinates admission, performs assessments, monitors vitals, administers medications, and collaborates with physicians to advance treatment plans.

Applicants must hold an active RN license in New York, have strong clinical and communication skills, and be available for weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid Nursing licensure (RN) required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Initiates admission process and completes nursing assessment within 24 hours.
• Performs vital sign monitoring and documents findings.
• Monitors patient progress and supports treatment team.
• Administers medications and educates patients for safe self-administration after discharge.
• Coordinates with therapists and physicians for comprehensive care.
