Job summary

Monte Nido Clementine West Nyack is seeking a PRN nurse for the 7pm–7am shift at our adolescent residential program in West Nyack, New York. The role requires a current nursing license (RN or LPN) and prior nursing experience, with duties including admission, vital signs, MAR updates, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current nursing license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Multistate license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate admission by obtaining orders and completing the initial nursing assessment within 24 hours.
• Perform vital signs, orthostatic checks, and document findings in nursing notes.
• Monitor patient progress and document changes per policy.
• Assist with weekly patient consultations with providers.
• Educate patients on safe self-administration of medications after discharge.
• Ensure accurate medication placement and update MAR.
