• Evaluate and conduct prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ conditions.
• Establish, revise and evaluate plans of care with patient/family involvement.
• Perform therapy interventions.
• Supervise activities of Physical Therapy Assistants, students and other caregivers.
