Job summary

Palmetto Subacute Care Center in Miami, FL is seeking a Physical Therapist (PRN) for weekend coverage. You will assess referred patients, deliver rehab services, and document progress as per guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant college or university.
• Provides comprehensive treatment under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Maintains timely weekly progress notes and accurate documentation.
• Collaborates with all disciplines for patient-centered care.
• Demonstrates professionalism, punctuality and strong patient service.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients needing rehabilitation services.
• Provide patient treatment aligned with current knowledge and procedures.
• Document accurately per regulatory and payer requirements.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and oversee daily PT operations.
