Central Gardens Post Acute in the Fillmore District of San Francisco, CA is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team for a consistent PRN weekend opportunity. This weekend-only role offers 5–8 hours per weekend, compensation of $68–$72 per hour, and opportunities to pick up additional hours.

• Current California OT license in good standing.
