AMG Physical Rehabilitation Hospital – Covington is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to support weekend shifts, evaluating patients, setting goals, and planning a treatment program that aligns with each patient’s functional capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Louisiana State License in good standing.
• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a patient’s rehabilitation potential and establish realistic goals.
• Plan and administer a treatment program that meets the patient's needs.
• Provide OT treatments and modalities in line with hospital policies and procedures.
• Maintain high-quality patient care during all shifts.

Skills

Louisiana State License

BLS certification

Ability to read and communicate in EN

Basic computer knowledge

Education
