Job summary

Ally Psychiatry seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PMHNP-BC or Psychiatric PA) for occasional weekend inpatient coverage at Pinewood Springs in Columbia, Tennessee. This PRN role offers weekend shifts with no long-term schedule commitment.

You will perform evaluations, manage acute psychiatric conditions, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in an inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Board Certified PMHNP-BC or Psychiatric PA certification required
• Active Tennessee license required
• DEA registration required or ability to obtain
• Inpatient psychiatry experience preferred or strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up assessments
• Diagnose and manage acute psychiatric conditions
• Develop and adjust treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, nursing staff, and case management
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in an inpatient setting
