Qualifications

• Male CNA or HHA caregiver required.
• Valid Florida CNA license or HHA certificate.
• Minimum 3 years caregiving experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• Comfortable transporting the client as needed.
• Able to follow an individualized care plan.
• Strong communication and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support in a private home.
• Assist activities of daily living (grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, walking, fall prevention.
• Prepare light meals or snacks.
• Provide medication reminders as permitted.
• Transport client in own vehicle for errands/appointments.
• Maintain a safe, clean, comfortable environment.
• Observe changes and report needs.
• Follow care plan and communicate with family and care team.
