The position requires a Master's degree in social sciences and at least two years of psychiatric experience, with the ability to collaborate across departments and adhere to regulatory and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social sciences required.
• Minimum of two years psychiatric experience.
• Must physically be able to climb stairs and assist with non-invasive behavioral health management in emergencies.
• Must have PA criminal history, FBI clearance and Child Abuse clearance prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Carry a caseload of residents as assigned.
• Conduct various therapy groups.
• Conduct individual therapy and documentation throughout the week.
• Develop and implement residents' treatment plans and goals.
• Co-facilitate clinical meetings as directed.
• Assess prospective residents for admission and write reports and recommendations.
• Visit residents when hospitalized and write reassessment and recommendations.
• Participate in monthly utilization review meetings and other required meetings.
• Attend weekly supervision with Associate Director.
• Work 1-2 evenings per month as needed.
