Monarch Steakhouse is seeking a flexible Prep Cook & Fry Cook for part-time hours. The role involves both prep duties and fry station work in a busy kitchen, with a schedule focused on weekends, Friday and Saturday nights.

You will assist the chef, maintain cleanliness, and ensure food safety standards. Ideal candidates have prep or fry cook experience, can multitask under pressure, and are reliable with weekday and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Previous prep and/or fry cook experience preferred.
• Ability to work both prep shifts and busy service periods.
• Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure.
• Reliable availability on weekdays and Friday & Saturday nights.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily prep duties including vegetables, proteins, and basic sauces or dressings
• Operate fryers and assist with fry station during service
• Cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist the chef and kitchen team as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
