Down to Earth Cuisine in Tukwila, WA is seeking a Prep Cook for weekends to power our production. The role is part-time, 15–25 hours/week, with work on Friday prep and Saturday/Sunday cooking and delivery support.

You'll follow standardized recipes, ensure freshness, portion meals, and keep a clean, organized kitchen. 1–2 years in a high-volume kitchen and food-safety awareness are preferred.

Competenze

• 1–2 years cooking in a high-volume kitchen.
• Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and dietary needs.
• Ability to follow recipes precisely and adjust portions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
• Food Safety certification a plus, not required.

Mansioni

• Cook from standardized recipes, keeping taste and quality consistent.
• Ensure ingredients are fresh and properly handled.
• Portion and package meals to spec for distribution.
• Keep workspace clean and organized throughout.
• Work with team to meet dietary compliance and quality standards.
• Occasionally support dining events or catering as needed.
