Qualificações

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire date.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution. BSN required as of last update.

Responsabilidades

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status; gather information from the care team.
• Plan individualized care with patient and family involvement.
• Implement care and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to execute the plan.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the care plan as needed.
• Promote nursing professionalism and participate in development of others.
• Adhere to legal/ethical standards and maintain accurate documentation.
