Job summary

Senior Resource Group in Austin, TX seeks a Licensed Nurse to deliver nursing services and oversee the resident care and Medication Management Program. You will mentor Caregivers and Med Aides, coordinate with providers, families, and pharmacies to ensure optimal care.

The role requires adherence to the Nurses Practice Act and SRG policies, with a focus on documentation, incident reporting, and collaboration in weekly care management meetings.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse with current active license in good standing.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with reliable attendance.
• Proficient in applying nursing process within Assisted Living settings and clinical evaluation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and eMAR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing services as prescribed by providers and state regulations.
• Mentor Caregivers, Med Aides, and Med Techs on resident care and medication practices.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, families, pharmacies, and agencies to maintain care quality.
• Document care plans and changes in Yardi EHR per SRG policies.
• Participate in QA, infection control, and incident investigations.
• Assist with care coordination for new move-ins and residents returning from other levels.
