Job summary

Senior Resource Group (SRG) in El Cajon, CA is seeking Part-Time/Per Diem LVNs for weekends and flexible scheduling. You will provide nursing services under physician orders, administer medications, and support residents in a warm, community-based setting.

Eligible applicants hold an active LVN license, have at least 1 year of health or community-service experience, and demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills to supervise aides and coordinate with the Assisted Living Director.

Qualifications

• Current LVN license is required.
• Minimum one year of experience in health, human services, or community services.

Job Description

Our community setting is a relaxing change from a hectic hospital. Here at SRG you have a chance to get to know your patients; our residents count on the LVN to provide compassionate care. You will provide residents with nursing services in accordance with physician’s orders. The LVN is responsible for the administration of medications and treatments.

Essential Duties

• Supervise and direct resident assistants.
