Job summary

Bright Innovation Labs in New Albany, OH is seeking Compounding Technicians to join our growing production team. This full-time, direct-hire role focuses on measuring, mixing, and processing ingredients to create high-quality personal care products, while meeting GMP and safety standards.

You will work weekend PM shifts and collaborate with the Compounding Supervisor to ensure batch integrity, accurate records, and efficient production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of compounding experience; experience in cosmetic or personal care manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Strong attention to detail and dependability.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow all company policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish a plus.
• Basic math proficiency including fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Mix, compound, process, test, adjust, and modify ingredients to complete the manufacturing process of personal care products.
• Ensure all production meets customer specifications and quality standards.
• Communicate with the Compounding Supervisor/Manager and production staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain GMP, SOP, and Safety Procedures at all times.
• Inspect and monitor in-process production for accuracy and compliance.
• Safely handle, store, and manage all production materials.
