Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in laboratory science or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution, or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Professional knowledge of local, state, and federal laboratory regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in chemical/biological/clinical laboratory science or medical technology preferred.
• Experience in molecular biology techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and highly complex laboratory tests per SOPs.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Document quality control procedures and QA activities.
• Mentor new laboratory personnel and manage daily test workload.
• Maintain safety, data integrity, and patient confidentiality.
