Winder Center for Nursing and Healing in Winder, GA is seeking a Part-time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated team and help restore function for residents in a 163-bed facility.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year PT experience, a PT certificate, and APTA certification, with a collaborative approach to delivering exceptional patient care in long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Education: Certificate in Physical Therapy (PT).
• Experience: 1+ years as a Physical Therapist, preferably in long-term care/skilled nursing home settings.
• Certifications: APTA certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer a prescribed physical therapy treatment program for patients/residents.
• Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides.
• May instruct the clinical portion of training for students participating in PT and PTA programs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress.

As a Physical Therapist at our 163-bed facility in Winder, GA, you will play a vital role in restoring function, relieving pain, and preventing disability for our patients/residents.
