Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Physical Therapist ( licensure or certification pending).
• Possession of a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Georgia.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and assessments to identify treatment needs and goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote optimal functional outcomes.
• Provide physical therapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of patient education programs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress.
