Precision Medicine is seeking a Pharmacy Technician – Weekends in Bellmore, NY to support our on-site pharmacy operations. This part-time role focuses on filling, labeling, packaging, and accurate preparation of medications for patients during weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of pharmacy filling experience and NY registration. You will collaborate with pharmacists and the operations team to maintain accuracy and timely delivery while ensuring patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• One year of experience as a pharmacy technician or in a filling role.
• Active New York pharmacy technician registration or credential in good standing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication preparation.
• Familiarity with pharmacy workflows, labeling, and dispensing processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Fill and dispense prescription medications under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Accurately label, package, and prepare medications for shipment or patient pickup.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of pharmacy workstations and filling areas.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking and tracking medication supplies.
• Verify prescription information and ensure accuracy before final pharmacist review.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with applicable pharmacy requirements and procedures.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and the operations team to support efficient workflow and turnaround times.
